Case Management
Life doesn't stop when you're working on recovery. That’s why we developed flexible day treatment programs that allow you to make room for getting help in a way that traditional rehabs near Boston don’t allow. Even when you’re healing, bills keep coming in, court dates stay on the calendar, and medical problems can continue to pile up. Our promise to every client is that you don’t have to face your addiction alone, and you don’t have to figure out all the other stuff yourself, either. Our case management services can help you organize the practical details of getting clean, while you focus on getting better.
What is Case Management?
Case management is like having a “team captain” for your recovery. Case managers take a high-level view of your needs, goals, and treatment plan, and coordinate all the moving parts. Customized treatment works, and they make sure that you get it.

How Case Management Works
When you join Boston Addiction, you'll meet a dedicated case manager who will help you figure out your life and recovery. This is someone who knows the system, understands your challenges, and can help you figure out solutions to your problems. They work with your clinical team, treatment planner, and medical professionals to ensure that your path to recovery stays smooth.
Boston Addiction Case Managers
Our case managers can wear many hats, with the ultimate goal of providing you with best-in-class care. That can include a variety of different tasks.
Treatment Support
Case managers are experts at the recovery process, and they’ll help you figure out the path that works for you. That might start with understanding your insurance benefits. From there, they can help you find recovery-supportive housing if you need it, connect you with medical care if appropriate, guide you through legal obligations, and deal with all the paperwork. As you start to heal, they’ll help you plan for what happens after treatment, keeping you accountable and supported every step of the way.
Life Coaching
Getting clean is just the beginning of recovery. We help you build long-term wellness. That might include assistance finding work or going back to school, help with budgeting, gathering recovery resources, and more. Best of all, your case manager will always be there to listen to what you’re going through and get you the help you need.
Legal Help
Drug and alcohol addiction often comes with legal issues, and our case managers can help you manage your obligations. Keep track of your probation requirements, make it to court dates on time, get proper documentation for judges, and stay in compliance. As we report your progress to the necessary parties, you can resolve your legal problems and substance issues at the same time.
Medical Care
Many people in recovery have put off taking care of their health for years. We'll help you change that. Case managers can find you additional mental health care support, doctors who understand addiction, and even options for specialized care.
Family Support
Nothing changes if nothing changes, and returning home to a fractured family can make even the strongest recovery weak. Our family support services are designed to help your family get healthy, too, through support resources, education, clinical services, and more.
After Treatment
We don't just help while you're in treatment. Your case manager will work with you to set up ongoing support, find recovery meetings, build a support network in your community, and stay connected to the recovery resources that will keep your recovery strong.

Why Case Management Matters
Real recovery takes a community, and your case manager is the heart of it. They put all the pieces together so you have the best shot at a better life. They know the system, understand the challenges, and can help you figure it out. In short, they’re your guide to your new future.
The Boston Addiction Difference
Our case managers aren't just paper pushers. They're real people who understand addiction, recovery, and the challenges of life. Many have been through recovery themselves or worked in the field for years. They know what works, what doesn't, and how to help you find your way forward.
