Chance Favors the Prepared Mind

In life, we never know what might get thrown at us. We cannot control the world, we can only control how we react to it. 

In the movie Creed, Rocky Balboa tells Apollo Creeds son, as he prepares for a big fight, that he needs to be focused on “One step at a time, One punch at a time. One round at a time.”

In the ring of life, we also need to be focused on One step at a time, One round at a time. The tools we learn today can be the mental weights we lift tomorrow. Our tools make sure we are ready for chance. Prepared for any obstacle to our success. 

So today, let’s continue to hone our tools, live in the moment, and exercise our hearts and minds.
